Wrestlers got a taste of Martial Arts at the third Fight Finder Manchester Meet.
Regular Fight Finder wrestler Steeleyes was shown a few Tai Chi moves by Mike, a wrestling coach, also a regular attender at our Manchester Meets.
The session was watched by other wrestlers at the event, held at The Wrestling Factory, aka Pippa’s, on Saturday, September 22nd between 1pm and 6pm.
Mike’s wrestling ability recently earned him a Silver Medal at the Gay Games in Paris – and a blog item and photo (see below).
Fight Finder Manchester Meet organiser Imtiaz Ali said: “The Tai Chi session was popular with the wrestler at our third event. Mike already does wrestling coaching at the events. If other people show an interest in it, Mike would be happy to do Tai Chi training at a future Fight Finder Manchester Meet.”
